All employees are covered by our occupational health services. Health checks are carried out on an ongoing basis.
Pension & insurance
All employees are covered by an occupational pension under collective agreements. We also offer optional group insurance with supplementary coverage in addition to our contractual insurance.
Working time reduction scheme
Contributions toward working time reduction from salary and working hours are made in accordance with collective agreements. Each year, you choose whether the allocation is made as additional leave, compensation or pension.
Parental leave supplement
We aim to make it easier for employees to combine work and parenthood. During parental leave, salary supplements are paid in accordance with collective agreements.
Gym
We offer an on-site gym for all employees, open 24/7.
Employee parking
We offer free parking with engine heater outlets and charging stations for electric cars.

Applications are reviewed and selected candidates are contacted for an initial conversation to better understand their background, expectations and fit. - Interviews and insight into the workplace
Selected candidates are invited to interviews, often with their future manager or colleagues. For many roles, this also includes insight into the working environment and daily operations. - Decision and offer
